Basic Requirements

Full Time

3 - 5 Year

Bangkok (Pathumwan)

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

40,000 - 60,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring achieving sales targets, outstanding customer service, and maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
Develop and in-dept understanding of inventory structure, with goal of providing timely support to each customer’s retail inventories
Drive a shopper experience by leading visual merchandising execution in coordination with marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of global and local brand storytelling
Manage monthly rosters and daily shift plans to optimize labor efficiency in response to real-time traffic flow, campaign schedules, and sales trends
Conduct weekly analysis of store performance, generating numerical and narrative reports to identify growth opportunities and align business direction
Collaborate with Retail Marketing and VM teams to ensure that all concepts, campaign, and strategy are aligned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Store Manager, or Area Manager from fashion retail industry
Have a solid background in sales & operations, a strong passion in retail industry
Have proven leadership abilities and can create an environment you motivate, develop and bring out the best in our co-workers
Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry
Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Work location at Stores (Comma And, Hug Craft) at Central Park (BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Silom)
