Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant partners, and prepare materials and booth designs to support sales and promotional events effectively.

2. Conduct thorough research on product features, promotional strategies, pricing, and distribution channels to align with company products and meet sales targets.

3. Foster positive customer relations by organizing engaging activities that enhance the relationship between the company and its customers.

4. Coordinate and monitor cross-functional activities to ensure excellent customer service. Identify any issues in the process and report them to management with proposed solutions.

5. Conduct market research to evaluate the company’s position compared to competitors and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of similar suppliers continuously.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Male or Female, age 25 years and above

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing

4. Experience in renewable energy business will be an advantage

5. Strong English communication skills – speaking, reading, writing, and listening

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, service-minded, strong negotiation skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

8. Able to travel upcountry for work assignments
