- Manage raw material receiving, storage, and dispatch processes in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse operations to support short- and medium-term production needs.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, and space to ensure efficient warehouse performance and cost control.
- Monitor subcontractor and staff performance, provide feedback, and ensure training plans are executed.
- Maintain and improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Track warehouse KPIs, analyze trends, and develop reports for continuous improvement.
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) policies.
- Oversee stock quality and housekeeping standards to maintain product integrity.
- Coordinate and manage inventory counts, stock accuracy, and RPM (returnable packaging) systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
