1. Online Marketing Strategy
- Define online marketing strategies aligned with the company’s and brand’s objectives.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop effective marketing plans.
2. Online Sales Channel Management
- Oversee and manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, etc.).
- Supervise and optimize the company’s E-Commerce channels (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Plan online promotional campaigns and sales activation activities.
3. Branding and Brand Development
- Establish branding strategies consistent with the company’s positioning.
- Create positive customer experiences across both online and offline channels.
- Manage and strengthen the corporate image to remain modern and competitive.
4. Team Management
- Lead and develop the online marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Motivate and upskill team members to support business growth.
5. Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance (KPI / ROI) across all online marketing channels.
- Continuously adjust strategies to increase sales and enhance brand awareness.
Experience in this Function
- Industry-Specific Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the bullion or precious metals industry.
- Accounting Proficiency: Solid knowledge of accounting principles, particularly IFRS, and their application within the bullion sector. Proficiency in accounting software with hands-on experience managing complex financial transactions.
- Financial Analysis Skills: Strong ability to perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on bullion trading and inventory management.
- Tax & Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of international tax laws and regulations related to the bullion industry.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in managing financial records and transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Branding, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website).
- Strong understanding of Luxury Branding or premium products, particularly in jewelry or fashion, will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent team management, negotiation, and strategic analysis skills.
- Possess a clear digital vision, with strong consumer trend awareness, and the ability to apply insights directly to business.
