Marketing Manager
CHEWATHAI PLC.• To plan marketing strategy, target group, project concept, product concept and product mix
• Control, monitor and check marketing budget
• Adjust strategies to better competition and sales promotion
• Monitor customers preferences to determine focus of marketing and sales efforts
• Develop and execute short term and long term integrated marketing communications and plan
• Participate with related department to define sales pricing and project value
• Thai nationality, age between 30 - 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing in real estate industry is preferable
• At least 5 years’ experience in Managerial level is preferable
• Having experience in marketing real estate field housing.
• Competent in leading a small to medium sized marketing team
