About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic & UX/UI Manager to oversee our brand identity, Marketing efforts, and user experience across digital product. This role requires a balance of creative vision and strategic execution, ensuring that both our brand brand presence and product interfaces meet high standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader and collaborator, capable of working closely with executive leadership, IT & development teams, product owners, and marketing teams to align design and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, Marketing & Team Leadership
- Oversee and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring all campaigns align with the brand vision.
- Design and develop marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across web, social media, product interfaces, and corporate materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling visuals that support marketing and business objectives.
- Manage external design agencies and freelancers when needed.
UX/UI Product Development
- Work closely with the product, IT, and development teams to enhance the user experience of existing and upcoming software.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize product interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for software and digital tools.
- Ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff by working closely with engineers.
- Stay updated with UX/UI trends to improve product usability and accessibility.
