Responsibilities

Planning

Assess and advise with supervisor regarding export cargo ocean freight rates.
Control vendor expenses to ensure alignment with market prices.
Record expense data received from vendors.
Ensure ocean freight rate data is accurate and up to date.
Verify and control expenses to ensure they align with negotiated rates and are correctly priced.
Coordinate with supervisor on export cargo space securing plans.
Collaborate with supervisor on operational processes and workflows for space securing and booking.

Space Allocation Arrangement

Monitor and maintain vessel schedule data from carriers.
Review and verify expenses from carriers and forwarders.
Input and manage data for issuing bills of lading in cooperation with carriers or forwarders.
Provide coaching and consult with supervisor on operational processes and workflows for ocean cargo shipments and carrier expenses.
Follow up and review working processes.
Coaching and advise with superior about operation process and work flow of ocean cargo shipment and carrier expense

Requirements

Male or Female
Age between 30–40 years
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong coordination skills and good interpersonal relations
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sea freight export
