Develop and handle all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing and offering the job in order to get right person in timeline period.
Drive the overall talent acquisition strategy, to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Involve in operations of requisition, set up hiring assessment criteria, collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and propose hiring decisions and remuneration package.
Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in Recruitment.
