Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Focus on sales and aftersales for vet products in Veterinary hospitals and clinics in Bangkok and the upcountry.

• Responsible for preparation of specification, independence demonstration, delivery, close sales, commissioning, and money collection deal.

• Implement marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and expos in the assigned territories.

• Able to follow team strategies monitoring by KPI

• Direct report sales number and forecast to supervisor and division manager and implement a business plan and strategy that will contribute to the business growth

• Communicates with other departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed. Provides internal and/or external customer feedback and leads. Participates in teams related to new or ongoing project work and other areas needed.

• Keeping track of key accounts or key project progress as well as providing a monthly plan, weekly plan, and daily report via the internal CRM system.

• Committed to customer satisfaction and building up customer loyalty towards our Company and product

• To ensure all sales orders are followed by the company rules and compliances.

• To ensure all sales protocols as per Company ISO 9001 standard guideline.

• Any other duties as the company shall from time to time assign to or vest in you.

Requirements

Required - Skill / Knowledge / Academic Qualification.

• Thai Nationality, Age between 23-35 years old.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life science, Animal Science, Animal technologist, Science, or related field. (จบทางด้านเทคนิคสัตว์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัตววิทยาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience on medical devices for veterinarians, fresh graduate is welcome.

• Good understanding of animal science and biology concepts.

• Reasoning, problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues.

• Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required.

• High commitment and responsibility

• Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Physical Demands

• Extensive sitting, standing, and computer use.

• Maybe require lifting, moving, and carrying up to 15 kilograms

• Must possess own car and be willing to travel upcountry.
