Responsibilities

1. BOI Application Processing

- Assist companies in preparing and submitting BOI applications for investment promotion.

- Review and ensure compliance with BOI eligibility criteria.

- Liaise with BOI officials for project approvals and follow-ups.

2. Investment Incentive Management

- Guide businesses on BOI privileges, including tax and non-tax incentives.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with conditions for BOI privileges.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for maintaining BOI status.

3. Coordination with Government Agencies

- Communicate with the BOI and other government agencies to facilitate business operations.

- Support in obtaining permits, licenses, and other approvals related to BOI projects.

4. Reporting and Compliance

- Ensure companies adhere to BOI reporting requirements and deadlines.

- Prepare reports related to investment projects and incentive utilization.

- Support audits and inspections related to BOI regulations.

5. Advisory and Support Services

- Provide guidance on BOI investment policies and regulations.

- Support foreign investors in setting up and expanding their businesses in Thailand.

6. Internal Coordination

- Work closely with finance, legal, and HR teams to ensure smooth implementation of BOI privileges.

- Provide internal updates on changes in BOI regulations and policies.

Requirements

Male or Female, Age 22-27 years old.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.

GPA 2.70 up

Good command both of spoken and written English (TOEIC 500 up)

Knowledge of BOI policies, investment regulations, and tax incentives.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work with government agencies and private sector stakeholders.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in Thai and English (for international business dealings).
