Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the business development team to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Create comprehensive software requirements specification documents based on business and client inputs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly (Work directly with the CEO to align project goals with the company’s strategic vision)
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance through the creation of testing flows for manual testing processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and create reports detailing lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in managing agile projects.
• Ability to create clear and concise software requirements specification documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to project management.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
