- บริหารจัดการกำลังคน (PC) ให้ครบจำนวนคน
- ออกตรวจพนักงาน PC ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าที่บริษัทวางขาย ดูแลและแนะนำเทคนิคการขายให้กับPC
- ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามที่แผนงานที่วางไว้
- จัดทำแผนงานและตารางการทำงานตามพื้นที่ของ PC
- ประเมินการทำงานของ PC ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจการจัดเรียงสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และสต็อกสินค้าในแต่ละพื้นที่
- เยี่ยมพื้นที่ สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างร้านค้าและ PC
- จัดทำรายงานตรวจตลาด ปัญหาที่พบ วิธีการแก้ไข และให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
- อายุระหว่าง 28 - 45 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ Mer หรือ PC (หัวหน้า) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้งาน Computer โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
- บุคลิกดี มีใจบริการ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบในงาน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
