Responsibilities

• Support quality and delivery sustainability.

• Proceed with investigation and process design for countermeasures to quality and delivery issues.

• Control and lead AoP plan projects, and support superiors in achieving department KPIs in line with the investment budget plan.

• Support incoming change points, customer requirements, and global project expansion for SOP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering

• GPA of at least 2.50

• Male or Female, age not over 24 years old

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least 1 year of experience in PE or Production field

• Proficient in Microsoft 365

• Strong critical and logical thinking skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints

• Willing to work overtime and on some holidays

• Minimum TOEIC score of 450 points
