Responsibilities

Since its inception, Crest Group of companies has grown to a team of more than 170 employees with the largest technical sales and support group in South East Asia specializing in advance microscopy imaging, automated inspection, production & process equipment and complex analytical solutions.
Crest customers and application diversity includes electronics, nanotechnology, material science, life sciences, academia, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing.
To maintain our robust growth, we are looking to invite driven, energetic and intelligent candidates to join out young, ambitious and dynamic team.

Financial Statement Reporting
Financial statement – ensure that financial statements are prepared and reported in accordance with THAI GAAP and corporate policies as well as Thai GAAP and statutory requirements.
Month-end closing – closing process to ensure that financial data is prepared timely and accurately and is submitted to head office within due dates.
Daily transactions – monitor and review accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and on-time month-end closing process
Account Reconciliations – monthly account reconciliations to ensure that are correct in the financial statements and remediated, and followed up in a timely manner.
Year-end closing - yearly account reconciliations as per TAS and TFRS for NPAE process.
Statutory financial report – Statutory Financial Reports preparation and submission to government within due dates.
Tax Filing – annual tax process to ensure tax filing has been completed accurately and timely in accordance with Thai's Tax Law, and address potential inquiries from Thai's tax government
Internal Control compliance
Internal control process – ensure that proper internal controls are in place and monitor that control activities are operated effectively in accordance with the company’s internal control policy
Any Assets – ensure all of Internal control and follow up any asset action plan such as fixed assets control, inventory control, payable, receivable and financial reporting

Human Resource
Administer and process the company's payroll - ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements - Document and manage various people related transactions such as new hire, position adjustment, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, Recruiting employees according to the desired position, etc.
Monthly and Yearly report - Responsible and prepare for the payroll and activities including report social security also taxes, provident fund, staff insurance, Student Loan Fund, and other relevant metrics as required
Any Issues related to payroll - Handle inquiries and providing timely and effective resolutions
Process and administer new employees - Orientation, Consult and advise to employees regarding to company regulations, perform other related duties as required

Admins
Monitor and reviewing the documents related to import/export and logistics
Reviewing other important documents and all the letters before sent-out to customers, suppliers and other companies
Provide appropriate consultation to employees for other functions of headquarter that relate to finance's rules, and regulations and company policy & procedure
Other command from headquarter

Team Management
Knowledge transfer – create and build strong team knowledge and share best practices to team members.
Build relationship – build and work collaboration with team on business knowledge and develop efficient working processes.


Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
- Minimum 10’s years' experience in Taxes, Accounting and Transfer Price at manager level
- THAI GAAP, TAS, TFRS for NPAE, TAX knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong accounting financial expertise and experience, analytical skill, time management and with an Account Systems and Microsoft Excel program
- Thinking and ability to build effective collaboration through strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team leader and team player
