
1.1.1 Plan and manage strategies to increase sales and achieve both domestic and international sales targets, covering both head office and branch operations. Sales improvement plans must be presented on a quarterly basis.
1.1.2 Analyze customer purchasing history and future demand trends—both domestically and internationally—in order to set appropriate Min-Max inventory levels and calculate the initial Reorder Point (ROP).
1.1.3 Update customer usage history and forecast future demand every six months to revise Min-Max levels and recalculate ROP accordingly.
1.1.4 Supervise and lead the team in communicating with the purchasing department to source new products and report customer trends and demand insights to management and purchasing teams on a monthly basis.
1.1.5 Collaborate with top management and the costing department to plan and define pricing strategies and other sales initiatives.
1.1.6 Plan and schedule appointments with hotel General Managers to ensure that the VP or Sales Director meets with a minimum number of clients as specified in the annual KPIs.
1.1.7 Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts with new customers, as well as contract renewals with existing domestic and international clients, ensuring agreements are successfully finalized and signed, both at the central level and at individual branches (where applicable).
1.1.8 Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships in both domestic and international markets, ensuring that the following customer groups are met 100% every quarter:
Rose group customers
Lily group customers
Bluebell group customers
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales team management, preferably in the hotel, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
Strong analytical skills in evaluating sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles, including setting minimum and maximum stock levels and calculating Reorder Points (ROP).
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness and ability to travel for both domestic and international client engagements.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
