• Focus on Tenant hunting to get new potential clients across all industries. Connect with own network contacts and generate new business for the company.
• Focus on Partnerships and Alliances: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that support business growth and expansion.
• Examine economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company, and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging markets, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Plan strategies and activities of Business Development and Coordinate with Operations and Building Team.
• Oversee business development budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Prepare of precise and completed RFP/RFQ and related document to the customer
• Prepare monthly activities reports.
• Be capable of dealing with customers or partners independently.
• Any other related assignments
• Bachelor degree, 5 years of working experience in Industrial Property
• Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30-40 years old
• Strong relationship with Tenants in Industrial property Segment (3PL, SME, Chinese, Factory)
• Strong Hunting Skill
• Own car and driving license
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Freezone and Estate set up is a plus
• Knowledge of Facility Management is a plus
