- Host and present live streaming sessions on TikTok with energy, clarity, and authenticity.
- Introduce and demonstrate products (Ari Football, Ari Running, Ari Gear), answer live questions, and encourage purchases during the stream.
- Plan content for each live session in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
- Engage with the audience in real time to create a fun and interactive experience.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth live stream (setup, lighting, audio, etc.).
- Track and report live stream performance metrics (viewer count, engagement, conversions).
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate creative ideas to boost viewership and engagement.
- Proven experience in hosting live streams or being on-camera talent (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with a lively, confident, and charismatic presence.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt tone and style depending on the product and audience.
- Knowledge of TikTok platform features, current trends, and algorithm behavior.
- Basic knowledge of sales or e-commerce is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special event times.
