1. Bachelor's degree in IT/Telecom Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales in the IT/Telecom industry at least 2 years, particularly with telecom networking solution.
3. Strong customer relationship skills and experience managing sales/presales teams.
4. Has technical knowledge in telecom networking solutions and technologies to initially understand customer requirement and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
5. Eager to enhance knowledge in industry trends, new technologies, and market demand for telecommunication domain.
6. Experience in managing vendors/suppliers, to enhance partner collaboration.
7. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
8. Be able to travel to provincial areas.
9. Proficient in English
