Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Payroll, Time Attendance & Tax Coordination
Compensation & Benefits Management
Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
HR Policies, SOP & Process Improvement
Executive & Management Reporting
Administrative & Facility Management
Vendor, Contract & Cost Control
Responsible for other duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements

1. Female, age between 22-35 years old.

2. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance or related fields.

3. 2-5 years working experience in Human or Finance will be advantage.

4. Good command of English.

5. Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and e-mail communication.

6. Good personality and interpersonal skill.

7. Being service-minded oriented.

8. Well-organized working habit and self-discipline.
