Objectives of this role
• Develop and execute functional strategies that reach business goals and improve profitability for the company.
• Design, develop, and maintain key indicator dashboards/tracking tools for reporting and tracking performances.
• Analyze market strategies, requirements, and business options.
• Roll out projects across departments, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and manage the project timeline through coordinating with multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior people in different departments to make sure business development plans fit with the company's main goals, day-to-day operations, and use the knowledge of people from within the company.
• Research new markets and what customers need, data driven decisions to help decide how to enter markets and develop products or services.
• Promote the company’s products/services by communication strategies based on market research and what the customers want.
• Manage all the parties involved in projects, make sure communication is clear, and give regular updates on how things are going to stakeholders.
• Tracking and maintained simple dashboards to track business performances, find patterns, and use that information to improve strategies/executional activities.
• Manage projects that involve different departments, create clear project plans with goals, and keep projects on track by working with various teams to make sure everyone is on the same page.
• Look at different market approaches and business possibilities, and make logical suggestions based on data to help make good decisions.
• 3 or more years of proven success in Business Development role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Project management skill including time management and planning skills
