- Supplier Selection and Management.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on technical requirements, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- New supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cost comparison (Tool / Part) for competitive price.
- Have knowledge of price structure (Tooling / Part)
- Negogiate cost with supplier for competitive price
- Basic estimate cost (Tooling / Part)
- To control suppler in term of cost control by cost reduction activity.
- VA/VE project (Raw material / Component part).
- Supplier cost improvement and cost reduction.
- To cooperate with supplier for maintain QCD performance to achieve a company target.
- To prepare and control document follows customer requirement, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and other system requirement
- Support Job assignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement software.
- Understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic procurement decisions.
- Proficient in building and sustaining supplier relationships.
- English proficiency is must (TOEIC score of 600 or higher is desirable)
