Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the organization’s overall IT systems
- Develop IT strategies and technology plans aligned with company goals
- Prepare the IT department’s budget and control expenses appropriately
- Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant quality standards and certifications held by the company
2. Maintain IT infrastructure and network systems
- Design efficient network infrastructure and manage systems to ensure security, stability, and continuous availability
- Plan and manage procurement of computers and peripheral equipment
- Plan and oversee technical support services for users
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of computer hardware, software, and systems to ensure stable operation
- Coordinate effectively with both internal and external service providers to ensure project completion
3. Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures
- Establish IT security policies and measures to safeguard information
- Manage backup and recovery processes and protect against viruses and cyber threats
4. Develop software systems and new technologies
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to develop custom software or systems in collaboration with external developers or internal teams
- Select appropriate external vendors based on service quality and budget suitability
- Evaluate system performance and optimize for real-world application
5. Manage and develop the IT team
- Lead the IT team to achieve departmental objectives
- Promote continuous learning and skill development within the IT team
6. Act as an advisor and support for departments using IT systems
- Recommend suitable new technologies based on operational needs
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues promptly and effectively
