คีย์ข้อมูล บิลใบเสร็จต่างๆ ลงระบบข้อมูลของบริษัทฯและ รับวางบิล
ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
จัดการสั่งซื้อเปิดใบสั่งซื้อ อุปกรณ์, เครื่องมือ, เครื่องใช้ต่างๆ ตามใบสั่งซื้อ ของทุกฝ่าย/ออกใบสั่งซื้อ P/O
ตรวจเช็คใบยืนยันการสังซื้อให้ตรงกับการสั่งซื้อของบริษัทฯ
จัดเก็บเอกสารการจ่ายและบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ
ประสานงานทั้งภายใน ภายนอก
งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

เพศหญิง อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ : 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานโปรแกรม MS Word, Excel ได้ดี
มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบเป็นอย่างดี
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
