Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for operational staff, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in delivery.

- Act as a trainer/facilitator for various programs, supporting employees in developing operational skills.

- Create and deliver basic training materials, presentations, and visual content using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.

- Provide on-site training and coaching at branch locations to support frontline operations.

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance in-store, offering guidance, feedback, and consultation to ensure compliance with company standards and operational processes.

- Build employee engagement and trust through professional appearance, confidence, and effective communication.

- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and operational needs.

- Collaborate with the training team and operational leaders to enhance program quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in operations training, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.

- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to make complex topics simple and easy to understand.

- Quick learner with flexibility to adapt to new challenges and environments.

- ***Willingness to go frequently to retail outlets or branch locations.***

- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to work under changing circumstances.
