- Develop engaging brand stories, content ideas, and narrative frameworks that build brand identity.
- Lead the creation of content in various formats, including social media, video, digital, on-ground, and campaigns.
- Make sure all content reflects brand voice and supports long-term storytelling strategy.
- Oversee content creation from start to finish, including briefing, storyboarding, scripting, casting, production, and post-production.
- Maintain high creative standards and ensure deliverables meet brand and quality expectations.
- Lead projects from concept to implementation with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work closely with designers, editors, animators, and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
- Manage and guide junior creators, freelancers, or vendors as needed.
- Link creative decisions to brand goals and business outcomes.
• 3-5+ years in creative roles, content creation, brand storytelling, or related fields.
• Skill in brainstorming, scriptwriting, story structure, and visual communication.
• Experience managing creative projects with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end.
• Ability to think strategically and turn insights into creative work.
• Comfortable in fast-paced settings and managing several projects at the same time.
• Bonus: Experience in animation, character IP, illustration, or narrative worldbuilding.
