Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive investigations and gather necessary evidence to support legal arguments.
Participate in client meetings, gathering essential facts and evidence to aid in case development.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and legal opinions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitration, advocating effectively on their behalf.
Filing documents with courts and other authorities.
Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings.
Provide legal research and analysis to partners and senior litigators, contributing to case strategy formulation.
Provide any other legal support as required and advising clients on various legal issues.
Regularly update clients and internal teams on case status, communicating legal opinions and progress through WeChat and email.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).

• License: Must be a licensed lawyer in Thailand.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in corporate, commercial, or civil disputes.

• Strong legal drafting and research skills.

• Excellent courtroom advocacy and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and legal case management tools.

• Chinese language proficiency is a plus but not required.
