IT Site Lead (ประจำโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ เชียงใหม่)

• Work directly with the customer and/or support users to identify and troubleshoot as necessary to isolate the root cause of problems to include standing, bending and kneeling as needed to perform this task.
• Provide & Maintain documentation / Contract of IT Department or Vendor.
• Negotiate and administer vendor and service agreements.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, Database and Office Automation equipment.
• Coordinate with related party.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is workable and efficiency.
• Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review and report to Management.
• Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

Work Location:   Bangkok Hospital​ Chiang Mai

• Bachelor's degree or higher in area of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT Support.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Team Management fields or Management level.
• Proven working experience as an IT Lead or relevant experience.
• Good communication skill (English & Thai), Team Player , Service Mind.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, network installation, Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2 and Java DB on web.
