Project Management (Initiation, Implementation, Execution & Control)
- Translate business solutions into actionable project plans with clear scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Lead the execution and control of projects to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and outcomes
- Monitor risks, manage issues, and control project cost, quality, and schedule
- Provide regular project updates and performance reporting to stakeholders and management
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and service partners
- Communicate project goals, progress, and changes effectively across all involved parties
Process Improvement, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean thinking to project execution
- Develop and implement best practices and standard procedures to support project scalability and quality
And any other duties as assigned
