

• Assist Product Manager to develop marketing plan & strategy to drive brand performance and objective
• Provide brand support including POS M/premiums development & brand assets / kit to sales and others commercial team
• Monitor, analyze market and consumer’s insight to unlock brand performance
• Monitor & review competitor’s marketing activity
• Manage and control A&P spending to be in line with yearly budget
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate product/brand performance regularly to improve brand & sale performance
• Maintain liaison with other departments and supplier to ensure good coordination and effective implementation of plan
• Responsible of all assigned marketing/related task by product manager
• Initiative, Define and analyze critical new product development opportunities aligning with strategic plan
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
• Determines product pricing, promotion and channel by utilizing market research data
• Manage inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels
