Boon Rawd Brewery is looking to expand its business portfolio in the non-alcohol sector. In 2012 Boon Rawd purchased a 100% ownership of HESCO foods, a manufacturer and supplier of snack foods. Boon Rawd has also joined in a number of JV’s with Japanese and Koreans firms to produce snack food products in Thailand (Masita and Sanko). Hesco foods currently employs over 500 staff and is expecting 30% growth in the next financial year. The business is looking to broaden its portfolio of products and leverage the JV’s as a foundation for growth.
