Job Summary:
The Soft Skills & Corporate Learning is responsible for trainer in the training program, designing, delivering, and managing corporate training programs to enhance employees' soft skills, professional competencies, and the learning culture. This role involves conducting training needs analyses, developing tailored curricula, integrating innovative digital learning solutions, and ensuring continuous performance improvement. Additionally, the role oversees knowledge initiatives and ensures effective training coordination and implementation, including compliance with the Qualified Person process requirements.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as a trainer in the training program.
-Identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives.
-Design structured, competency-based learning materials and e-learning content.
-Assess training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback or etc. to enhance learning impact.
-Continuously update content based on business needs and technological advancements.
-Implement modern learning technologies (e-learning, AR/VR, AI) to enhance accessibility and engagement.
-Work with all department concern, leadership, and department heads to align training with company strategy.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain proper documentation.
-Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
-Establish systems for knowledge sharing and skill enhancement across the organization.
-Plan, organize, and execute training programs, including in house training, on-the-job and e-learning
-Collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure effective delivery.
-Qualified Person System.
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
