- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on terms and conditions of all standard contracts, agreements and legal documents on behalf of the businesses involved.
- Preparing and submitte the documents to any relevant government authorities for any permission and registration, such as Company affidavit, shareholder list, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filling the legal paperwork related to business opreations.
- Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate and resolve complex legal issues.
- Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Advising on the preparation of contracts and agreements of the company in order to ensure the proper conditions and to protect the interests of company.
- Preparing the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Keeping up-to-date with legislative changes to ensure that the company in compliance with all applicable laws and relevant regulation.
- Keeping files and all relevant legal documents well-organized.
- Dealing with external law firms and government authorities.
- Performing any legal tasks as assigned.
