Production Manager @Chonburi (60K-70K) (SDG-40709)
RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.- Take care of making production department plan and troubleshoot production process.
- Improve and sustain production to produce products that meet both the quality and output requirements.
- Responsible for doing Kaizening.
- Control productivity in the line accordance to production plan.
- Manpower Control, Budget Control, Operation Management.
- To provide subordinates instructions and training.
- Deal with customer claim and find the solution to solve the problem.
- Report the production information to report line. ( GM )
- Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, age 37-47 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years experiences about production field in automotive industry.
- At least 7 years management experiences (have subordinate) about production field in automotive industry.
- Have knowledge about KAIZEN, Solid work, Auto cad 2D, 3D program, CNC machine, Grinding
- Have knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
- Can work under pressured
- Basic level of English (Be able to Reading and Writing)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have experiences about Die Casting or Injection Molding in any manufacturing industry

Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase 2, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) (Saturday Working: Twice a month )
