RGF HR Agent Recruitment Thailand Co., Ltd.- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Draft and revise company policies
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
- Support HR Function such as training, recruitment
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Laws or related fields
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience as Compliance Officer or handling legal documents of the company (renew and registration documents)
- Good communication skill to work well with people and eager to learn other task in HR function
- Good command in English (Conversational Level Low-Middle)
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and commercial Laws
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Business Level of English
- Possess Lawyer's License
