- Management and Development Production Process (build up all activity for achieve target of yield, quality, delivery, and cost
- Improvement of the process to highest performance.
- Responsible for preparation of new products & improvement of productivity in the production line, quality improvement & permanent measure in the production line & production progress management
- Manage and control the supervisor and engineers for improve and develop operators follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude
- Manage and control quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016 for production
- Manage production planning improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productivity controlling to reduce the loss in the process
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age 33-43 years
- Male
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Have at least 4 years of working experience in PCB business or automotive industry.
- Have at least 2 years management experience
- Have knowledge of quality system: ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016
- Conversational middle level in English
- Have experience in Japanese company is preferred
- Have good in relationship and coordination skill is preferred
