Sales Manager (Ceramic) (70K–110K) (SDG-108021)

• Develop and implement group strategy for the Ceramics division to achieve sales targets.
• Focus on Specialty Grains & Powders and Performance Ceramics & Refractories departments
• Plan sales forecasts and activities by understanding market trends, new technology, and applications, and share insights within the BU.
• Develop business with direct customers and collaborate with local partners.
• Understand customer needs, monitor market trends, manage credit limits, and negotiate sales conditions.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 42 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's or higher of Engineering/Science(Ceramic, Polymer, Chemicals)
• More than 7+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• At least 3 years experience in the ceramic industry or related industry.
• Proficiency in Thai (native) and English (professional level) to communicate with the global team.
• Good communication with capability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
• Team player, diligent, rigorous, and autonomous.
• Ready to travel – domestic & global.
• Knowledge of shipping or logistics processes.
• Having driving license
