• Responsible for all BOI process, including privilege of the company
• Manage and control Export-Import documents
• Provide pro-forma Invoice, packing list and shipping document to customer.
• Provide and coordinate with Engineer Department and update new BOM and formula to BOI.
• Coordinate with forwarder for product shipment and process to release
• Request the freight schedule with forwarder and submit the related document.
• Prepare BOI information for Board of Investment.
• Contact Government office to ensure BOI procedure
• Submit document to BOI for import - export
• Report and inform the Customs issues / information to Management
• Other tasked as assigned

• Bachelor's degree from any related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as BOI staff in manufacturing company
• Knowledge of BOI Operation ex. new project approval, Amendment, Raw material stock control (Formula, Cutting stock balance, Disposal etc.)
• Middle-high Conversational level in English
• Able to work under pressure.
• Graduated with GPA 2.50 up is preferable.
• Working experience in Electric Industry is preferable.
