• Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, and feedback to the Project Manager
• Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and feedback
• Recheck the M&E shop drawing, as-built drawing, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, and feedback
• Prepare update construction progress in formation for the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
• Review the M&E as-built drawing, performance test reports and instruction manuals prior handover to the Hotel Operations for their reference/use
• Compile the Handover report
• Estimation M&E work
• Other task as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 5 years experience as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Service or Maintenance Engineer from construction field.
• At least 2 years of management experience as Supervisor or higher level
• Direct experience in Structure, Home Building, Civil construction.
• Conversational daily - middle level of English *email and document *report to JP General Manager
• Has computer skills, MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel)
• Has own car with driving license.
• Able to read drawing by Auto Cad.
• Hold Professional Practice License will be preferable
