1. Develop strategic plans for end-to-end sales boost events, activities, and communication to enhance sales team motivation and engagement.
2. Lead and support the execution of end-to-end events, ensuring alignment with team objectives and budget control
3. Manage centralized communication efforts including the development of communication plans and materials. Ensure timely and effective communication with the sales team to keep them informed and engaged.
4. Lead in tracking and monitoring expenses related to all sales engagement events, activities, and motivation campaigns including identifying cost saving opportunities.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with budgetary and company guidelines and make recommendations for improvement.
1. Must have experience in end-to-end event management, communications, and cost control. Ability to lead all sales engagement events, activities and motivation campaigns.
2. Demonstrate ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build positive working relationships across departments and effectively communicate with sales team.
3. Insurance / telemarketing background would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with data analysis to forecast, monitor, and control budget
5. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and explore new technologies such as generative AI to improve efficiency, streamline processes, optimizing resource allocation, control budget, event planning, and event communication
