Depend on qualifications and experience
- Check & post every transaction of subordinates to ensure accuracy. Including checking cash balance.
- Making the report on sales according to projects that have received investment promotion and prepare all report for supporting to BOl.
- Approve new customers and vendors in the accounting and bank system.
- Coordinate with the parent company for netting -group transaction (off-set between AP-AR) every montn.
- Infrom to other departments for the cycle count / calculate reserve for obsolete inventory / NRV test, and input into the accounting system.
- To join in audit team for auditing store warehouse every month.
- Clear A/P and A/R in the accounting system.
- Reconcile balance each account in the account package.
- Review and check assets work /Register assets in the system / Sell and transfer assets in accordance with boi conditions.
- Coordinate with subordinates and related department to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Control/collect reports of subordinates to be ready for auditing.
- Other duty depends on assigning from head accounting.
- Good command of spoken, written, and communication English skill
- Excellent Knowledge in thai Tax law, Proactive, Solution - Thinking, Leadership and postive thinking
- Bechelor's degree or higher in accounting fields.
- Mimum 5 years of experience in Finance&Accounting and at least 2 years in mana
- Have experience Japanese company or a public company are ad
