Responsibilities

Job Description

  1. Conduct skill gap analysis and determine the strategic training needs of personnel at various levels. (หรือ Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA))
  2. Design, develop, and update learning curricula, instructional media, and training documentation.
  3. Manage and control the annual training budget to achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
  4. Serve as a facilitator/instructor for specialized courses and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Manage all large-scale training projects, from planning and scheduling through to execution.
  6. Select, negotiate, and manage external training providers/vendors.
  7. Design and oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program and develop employees into effective coaches.
  8. Create and conduct training related to Quality, Safety, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Kaizen).
  9. Define metrics and conduct training evaluations after every session. (หรือ Evaluate training effectiveness)
  10. Collect, analyze, and prepare training summary reports with recommendations for presentation to management.
  11. Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage all employee training records.
  12. Provide consultation and support to supervisors in resolving skill and competency issues within their operational areas.
Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
2.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training (Training/HRD) or personnel development.
3.Certification/Experience: Possess an internal trainer certification or prior experience as an instructor/facilitator.
4.Language: Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of more than 450 will be given special consideration).
