• Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and proofread various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate
• Maintain and organize the executive's filing system, both physical and electronic
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of company events and functions
