Payroll
- Update employment records related hiring, transferring, promotion, and termination and for any changes of wages and time attendance conditions using for payroll calculation.
- Check time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
Calculate and update applicable additions and deductions such as allowance, provident fund, and other deductions ordered etc.
Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required.
- Preparing all monthly HR report and as requested.
Recruitment
- Manage Recruitment process & Onboarding program, Training process.
- Manage all recruitment and selection processes for the assigned job vacancies in accordance with company policies and standards by following hiring step to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
GA
- Make sure that the employee will get Welfare & Benefits: Group Health Insurance / Health Check-up /Uniform /Provident fund, Uniform, etc. correctly.
- Provide provident fund report, tax report, social security fund report, etc. related payroll & benefits
- Control & cooperate in organizing activities.
