Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

30,000 - 50,000 baht/month + Commission

Responsibilities

Export Sales:

Manage export orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to meet international shipping requirements.
Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Open new market and contact new customers in several regions.
Maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and agents.
Monitor international market trends and assist in developing global sales strategies.

Local Sales:

Support the sales team in managing domestic customer accounts.
Process local orders, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate after-sales service.
Assist in organizing product samples, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.

General Coordination:

Work closely with production planning and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Assist in compiling sales reports, forecasts, and inventory summaries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in export sales or sales coordination (preferably in plastics, hygiene, or packaging industries).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Thai and English; additional languages a plus).
Good understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office related applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
