Responsibilities
Job Description
 Pick Up :
 * Pick up passport at US embassy at 12:30 PM
 * Scan barcode at the back of passport at US embassy
 * Pack securely into the bag
 * Handover to Aramex head office.
 Delivery :
 * Pick up passport at Aramex head office 10:30 AM
 * Pack securely into the bag
 * Deliver at US embassy 11:29 AM
 Create AWB & Packing :
 * Upload all information into customer system.
 * Data cleansing (address, phone, email).
 * Generate AWB according to type of service.
 * Print label according to type of service.
 * Pack label according to type of product.
 Routing report :
 * Outbound reconcililation report
 * Inbound reconcililation report
 Outstanding management :
 * Follow up all passport shipment to be delivered according to SLA agreed with customer.
 * Check inventory shipment to ensure no delay.
 * Contact customer (call, email, sms) to organize all outstanding
 * Contact account owner (email, call) to organize all outstanding
 * Coordinate with courier to ensure smoothness of delivering
 * Corganize outstanding report.
 * Perform all special requirement.
 Report & Analysis :
 * Provide report on all scope assignment and analysis (if required)




Requirements
 Qualification
 * Good at Microsoft Excel
 * Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
 * Ensure data accuracy in relation and strong analytic.
 * Well organized and able to solve problem.
 * At least 2 years’ experience in customer service on freight forwarder business.
 * Must be able to communicate with all level of people.
 * Good communication in English.
 * Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill and able to work as teamwork.
 * Can start Immediately is a plus.
 Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 17.30, Saturday: 8.30 - 12.00
