1. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานในกระบวนการ Retort (Sterilization / Thermal Processing) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต (Production Plan)
2. ตรวจสอบและยืนยัน Retort Schedule, Temperature, Pressure, Holding Time ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการผลิต (Process Standard)
3. ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องจักร Retort ก่อนเริ่มงาน และรายงานปัญหาความผิดปกติให้ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงทราบทันที
4. ควบคุมพนักงานในกระบวนการ Retort ให้ปฏิบัติตาม SOP, GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC อย่างเคร่งครัด
5. ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC / QA / Engineering / Planning / Warehouse เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง
6. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต เช่น Batch Record, Retort Log Sheet, Temperature Chart, Yield Report อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
7. ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์หลังการรีทอร์ท เช่น การปิดผนึก (Sealing Condition) ความสมบูรณ์ของบรรจุภัณฑ์ และอุณหภูมิหลังการระบายความร้อน
8. ติดตามผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจาก QC เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์
9. ควบคุมการใช้พลังงานและทรัพยากรในกระบวนการให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
10. พัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของพนักงานในสายการผลิต เช่น การควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ความดัน และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานกับไอน้ำและแรงดันสูง

1. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร, วิศวกรรมอาหาร, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานการผลิต หรือตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี หรือมากกว่านั้น (ขึ้นอยู่กับตำแหน่งงาน เช่น Junior Supervisor, Senior Supervisor)
3. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี สามารถบริหารจัดการทีมงาน และจูงใจผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถนำเสนอได้ มีความรู้สือสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
7. มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
8. สามารถไปปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ ปันนาโบ จังหวัดดาเวา ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ได้แบบประจำ

Products from our factory is under company brand Of Thai Coco and Cocoburi. More over, we also produce products under the customer’s brand.
Apart from supporting consumer products, we produce for industrial group such as coconut milk, coconut juice etc. filled in aseptic bag, and produce fruit preparation for ice cream, yogurt, bakery factory and produce coconut milk, coconut juice and others fruit juice packaged by Hygienic UHT System.
since we have started business, we continuously grow each year. Our factory is located in Ratchaburi province on 156,800 Square metres, more than 700 employees, together with automatic machine, capacity 4,800 tons per month, registered capital 250,000,000 Thai baht, 100% Thai’s shareholder. Our brand is sold to domestic and international markets, most of them we produced for Export. We export to USA., Europe, Oceania, Middle East and Asia. The Export value is over 85% of our total revenues.
