Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Oversee documents concerning orders from the factory, imports, coordination at customs checkpoints, and until products are delivered to customers.
Coordinate with factories to request pricing and follow up on customer order approvals (QT/PO).
Track delivery status and coordinate shipments both domestically and internationally until customers receive their products (QT/PO/DO).
Prepare documentation for vendor registration requests from clients.
Create product reports specifying warranty start dates through expiration dates for each product.
Plan tracking and create maintenance schedules to organize the working timetable of the Services Engineering Team to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
Compile expenses for each project, overtime costs, engineer team expenses, and sales costs, and report them to supervisors.
Arrangement visa, air ticket, hotel, transportation for engineer upon request.
Responsible for coordinating with various departments both within and outside the organization to ensure smooth operations in all respects, such as sales department, shipping staff, accounting department, and clients.
Able to perform other duties as assigned; perform regular office tasks.
Ability to complete assignments from the manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum experience of 2-4 years
Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field, or relevant experience
Quick learner with a vision for work, problem-solving skills, and good judgment
Excellent management skills and outstanding ability to resolve specific issues
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficient in English at a level sufficient for communication with the organization
