Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

30,000 - 40,000 baht/month + Commission

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sell company products and provide relevant information to customers.
Manage sales activities to meet company targets.
Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of sales and profit objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on a monthly basis.
Ensure efficient customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Electrical) or a related field. Newly graduated engineers with a strong interest in sales and service are also welcome.
2-4 years of experience in sales engineering, sales representation, technical support, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Mature, responsible, and well-organized with systematic thinking.
Good personality, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit to support team performance.
Proficiency in English and computer literacy are an advantage.
Own a car with a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and travel up-country as needed.
Experience in the trading business is a plus.
Strong foundation in sales, including growth mindset, strategic & logical thinking, adaptability, active listening, presentation skills, and time & plan management.
