Marketing Staff (Customer support)

2. Communicated with all related parties such as customers suppliers and company related team members to continue developing the operation with good service mind.

3. Follow up all production process to ensure the delivery from customers to comply with the company policy.

4. Calculate order quantity based on the customer’s forecast to ensure appropriate order placement.

5. Place purchase order(PO) with the supplier and monitor the shipment to ensure on-time delivery, in order to prevent shortages and control stock, excess stock beyond demand.

6. Issue quotation to customer base on quarter period.

•    Age 22 - 27 years New graduate are welcome
•    Good communication in English TOEIC score 350 or Above
•    Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management / Marketing or other related fields.
•    At least 0-2 year experience in Marketing or other relate
•    Able to work under high pressure with good service mind
•    Can drive and has a driving license. (important)
