Responsibilities

POSITION: Personal Assistant to CEO

LOCATION: One City Centre (BTS Ploenchit) , BKK

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY RANGE: 80,000 baht

BENEFIT: Social Security, Vacation and etc.

Key responsibilities:

· To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial and operational support to ensure effective communication and coordination between management, staff and external stakeholder especially Japanese executives and clients.

· Provide administrative and secretarial support, including report summaries and analysis for management.

· Document and maintain records of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and other meeting minutes.

· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, Excel sheets and other business documents.

· Serve as an interpreter in selected meetings. (Would be advantage)

· Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and Thai employees to ensure effective communication.

· Support company operations through planning and coordination.

· Arrange transportation and accommodation for visiting guests.

· Facilitate visa and work permit processing for Japanese management.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.

· Proficiency in English and Japanese (N1 level only).

· Professional appearance and demeanour.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Japanese Coordinator.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.

· Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and manners
